FutureCap is operated by FUTURE CAPITAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C (“Future Capital”, “we”, “us”), a real estate company based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data processed through FutureCap. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

FutureCap 由 FUTURE CAPITAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C（以下简称「Future Capital」「我们」）运营，公司位于阿联酋迪拜 Business Bay。我们对通过 FutureCap 处理的个人数据负责，并按照阿联酋适用的数据保护法律（包括 2021 年第 45 号联邦法令《个人数据保护法》）处理个人数据。

FutureCap does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, does not collect your location, and does not use advertising identifiers.

FutureCap 不包含任何广告或数据分析 SDK，不收集你的位置，也不使用广告标识符。

When you tap + → Import from Contacts, FutureCap opens the standard iOS contact picker. The app does not get access to your whole address book and does not ask for Contacts permission. Only the contacts you select — and then confirm on the review screen — are sent to Future Capital, where their name, phone number and email address are saved as client records in your account. You can remove a contact from the selection before confirming.

Please only import people who have agreed to be referred to Future Capital.

当你点击 「+」→「从通讯录导入」 时，FutureCap 会打开 iOS 系统自带的联系人选择器。App 不会获得你整个通讯录的访问权限，也不会申请通讯录权限。只有你选中、并在确认页再次确认的联系人才会发送给 Future Capital，其姓名、电话和邮箱会作为客户记录保存在你的账号下。确认前你可以取消勾选任何联系人。

请只导入已同意被推荐给 Future Capital 的联系人。

• To provide the service — create and manage your account, record the clients you refer, and show deal progress and your dashboard.
• To follow up on referrals — so that Future Capital sales professionals can contact your clients about the properties they are interested in.
• To calculate and pay commission — and keep accurate records of transactions.
• To communicate with you — send verification codes and important service messages, and respond to support requests.
• To keep FutureCap secure — prevent fraud and misuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• To meet legal obligations — such as record-keeping required by UAE law.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

• Future Capital staff — sales, operations and finance team members who need the information to follow up on your referrals and pay commission. Access is limited by role.
• Service providers that run parts of the service on our behalf and only under our instructions: Google Cloud (servers and data storage) and Amazon Web Services (sending verification and service emails). If you use the price-reading feature in the Toolbox, the screenshot text you submit is processed by an AI text-recognition provider (DeepSeek) to extract the price and area.
• Authorities — where we are required to by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

• Future Capital 员工：需要这些信息来跟进你的推荐和发放佣金的销售、运营和财务人员，访问权限按角色限制。

FutureCap’s servers are hosted by Google Cloud in the United States, and service emails are sent through Amazon Web Services in Singapore. This means your data is transferred outside the UAE. We use providers that apply strong security and contractual safeguards, and we only transfer the data needed to run the service.

FutureCap 的服务器由 Google Cloud 托管，位于美国；服务邮件通过位于新加坡的 Amazon Web Services 发送。这意味着你的数据会被传输到阿联酋境外。我们选用具备完善安全和合同保障措施的服务商，并且只传输运行服务所必需的数据。

We keep your account and client information for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep certain records — for example transaction and commission records — to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Those records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

在你的账号有效期间，我们会保存你的账号和客户信息。账号删除后，我们会删除或匿名化你的个人数据；但为履行法律、税务或会计义务必须保留的记录（例如交易和佣金记录）除外，这些记录只在法律要求的期限内保存，且不会用于其他任何目的。

We protect your data with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the app and our servers, passwords stored only as one-way hashes, login tokens kept in the device Keychain, and role-based access so staff only see what their job requires. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

我们采取多项措施保护你的数据，包括：App 与服务器之间使用加密连接（HTTPS），密码仅以不可逆哈希保存，登录令牌保存在设备钥匙串中，以及按角色控制访问权限，员工只能看到其工作所需的信息。没有任何系统是绝对安全的；如果我们发现影响到你的数据泄露事件，会按法律要求通知你。

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

• Update your details anytime in the app: More → Your profile.
• Delete your account in the app: More → Request account deletion → Delete my account. Our team confirms the deletion within 48 hours. If you have commission that is still pending payment, we will complete the payment first and then delete the account.
• For any other request, email info@futurecapital.ae. We will reply within 30 days.

你可以要求我们查阅、更正或删除你的个人数据，限制或反对某些处理，并在我们基于你的同意处理数据时撤回同意。

• 修改资料：随时在 App 中进入 「更多」→「个人资料」。
• 删除账号：在 App 中进入 「更多」→「申请删除账号」→「删除我的账号」。我们的团队会在 48 小时内确认删除；如果你还有待支付的佣金，我们会先完成支付再删除账号。
• 其他请求请发邮件至 info@futurecapital.ae，我们会在 30 天内回复。

FutureCap is a business app for real estate partners. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

FutureCap 是面向房地产合作伙伴的商务 App，不面向 18 岁以下人士，我们也不会有意收集儿童的个人数据。

We may update this policy as FutureCap changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you in the app or by email if the changes are significant.

随着 FutureCap 的更新，我们可能会修改本政策。新版本会发布在本页面并更新生效日期；如有重大变化，我们会通过 App 或邮件通知你。
